If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply return your unused item within 30 days quoting your order number. We will replace without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in full. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
With Proswimwear you now have the option to send a price match request, all you have to do is navigate to the product page that you are interested in and press the "Price Match" button on that page, then fill in the details required.
If we agree to match the price we will also give you an extra 2% off the item. Please note, a price match request may take 24 hours for a response (but is usually much quicker) during working hours and up to 72 hours if submitted on the weekend.
Please note that when considering Price Match requests we will also take into account any delivery charges.

The price of products is calculated according to the rate of exchange between the base currency on our website and the local currency of the destination country at the time you place your order. We aim to despatch your order the same day or the day after depending on the time you place your order. Most orders selected for Express delivery will arrive with you within 2-3 working days. If an item you have ordered is unfortunately out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours, by our customer services team by phone if possible or email if not.
You will be fully refunded for the value of the goods returned; you will not be refunded for any shipping costs (unless the goods being returned are faulty) or any taxes you paid on your order, if applicable. Please note that we will refund your shipping costs if you are returning faulty goods.
